Welcome….. We are a family run club, who prides ourselves over a friendly atmosphere. When you join our big family you have the opportunity to learn Judo by our fully trained and experienced coaches, who are lead by me:

Our Judo Club provides Judo coaching for all school children from Year 1+ through to adults, from beginners up to advanced standard. The lessons operate throughout the school term only on a Saturday.
When and where
Our classes operate out of the Royal Legion in Old Basing, Basingstoke on a Saturday morning:
FEES
Each fun packed lesson is paid termly at £95 per term, £25 per month, or we do offer an alternative to pay as you play at £10 each class, Contact Judo Paul for bank details on 07867 972 627.
You can even purchase your own Judo kit or branded Judo clothes either at club or online here.

What to bring
For your first lesson please wear tracksuit bottoms/leggings and a T-Shirt. We will provide you with a jacket to train with. On the mats we wear no shoes or socks. A drink too as you will get thirsty. We are confident you will love the classes and so when ready you can buy a Judo kit at club or online here.
What to expect
Once you become a member of our club you’ll get to experience all our activities. Each term we grade, we find this gives you continuous feedback on how you are performing and enables you to see your advancement each term. Once you’ve gained a new grading you’ll receive a new belt as well as a well-deserved certificate
When training with Paul Jones School of Judo you can enter all the competitions available. As you develop as a Judoka, we will discuss once you have gained some experience from our Southern Schools Championship if you wish to enter other competitions we attend throughout the year. Our Championship accepts other schools and clubs around Hampshire and surrounding counties, so you’ll get to demonstrate your Judo skills against new people!
