8.45 am – 9.30 am Ages 5 – 7 years old
This is a fun class to introduce and develop young players into the sport of Judo through development of the children’s motor skills by using judo orientated fun games.
By using this method of teaching, it helps with children’s hand, eye coordination, movement, discipline, space awareness, confidence and the basic falling and throwing techniques. During these lessons they will also start learning the first groundwork and throwing techniques for their first grading test and beyond. Grading tests are ran once a term where the children can gain their next belt colour.
